RAI K-84

The RAI K-84 is an energy-based AK-47 with two firing modes that can be Pack-a-Punched. The Main Fire shoots high-power energy shots, similar to the Raygun. The Alt Fire is an under-barrel Grenade Launcher that shoots an energy mine, similar to the Energy Mine Field Upgrade, which explodes after being shot multiple times by the Main Fire.

  1. Go to 'Weapon Lab' and pick up the RAI K-84 Blueprint.
  2. Go to the 'Scorched Defense' and interact with the corpse by the tank to get the eye.
  3. Once you have the eye, the following parts (Barrel Assembly, Charged Power Cell, Aetherium Converter) can be obtained in any order/simultaneously.
  4. Barrel Assembly

  5. Go back to the 'Weapon Lab' and interact with the Retina Scanner to open the drawer below the computer. Pick up the key from the drawer. This key is used to open the lockers in the Barracks.
  6. In 'Barracks 1' and 'Barracks 2,' opening lockers may spawn a Mimic. If a Mimic spawns, kill it and check for the Barrel Assembly. If it doesn't drop, keep opening lockers and killing Mimics until it does.
  7. Charged Power Cell

  8. Wait for a Mangler to spawn, kill it, and check if it dropped the Charged Power Cell. If not, wait for the next one.
  9. Return to the 'Weapon Lab' and interact with this computer to charge the cell. Wait a full round, then come back and pick it up.
  10. Aetherium Converter

  11. Go to the 'Weapon Lab' and interact with the computer. It displays a circle divided into triangles that represents a dart board. Note where the lit triangle stops — those are the numbers you need.
  12. In the 'Village,' just left of the wunderfizz, there's a dart board. Shoot the three numbers from the computer (the printed numbers on the board, not where you'd aim in an actual game of darts), then shoot the bullseye. The dart board opens and the Aetherium Converter drops to the ground.
  13. Crafting the Weapon

  14. Go back to the 'Weapon Lab' and craft the RAI K-84 at the same spot you picked up the blueprint, left of the computer.

'Maxis Potential' Main Quest

Stats (Solo): Difficulty - 4/10, Est. Completion Time - 40 Mins to 1 Hr

  1. Prerequisites

  2. Activate Pack-a-Punch.
  3. The RAI K-84 is required for the Easter Egg, but not until step 16.

  4. In the 'Atrium' (Pack-a-Punch room), speak to Ravenov. Go to 'Mission Control' and speak to Dr. Peck, then return to the 'Atrium' and speak to Ravenov again. He will give you his ID Badge.
  5. Creating the Serum

  6. Once you pick up the ID Badge, use it to open three lockers and collect the compounds in each. Locations:
  7. Go to 'Field Hospital' and interact with the Chemical Mixer. This spawns hellhounds. Kill them.
  8. Interact with the Chemical Mixer again and pick up the Agent Delivery System left of the Chemical Mixer.
  9. Go to the 'OPC' and interact with the Air Conditioner Unit to place the Agent Delivery System, which fills Peck's room with gas.
  10. Collect the Mimic's Memories

  11. Keep interacting with Peck until Weaver says, "Alright, Peck. You've had your fun..."
  12. Go to the 'Data Center' and interact with the Memory Transference Station. Pick up one of the Essence Traps.
  13. In the locations below, a Mimic may be hiding as loot. Capture it in an Essence Trap.
    • Damage the Mimic until it has about 10% health remaining, then throw the Essence Trap on the ground. Once the Mimic is standing on the trap, double-tap interact to activate it. If the Mimic is low enough health, it will stay trapped and you can pick the trap back up. If it has too much health, it will pop out and you'll need a new trap to try again.
    • Only one location will have a Mimic per round.
    • If you accidentally kill the Mimic or can't find it, end the round far from the spawn location and try again next round. The Mimic only seems to spawn when no players are nearby at the start of a round. If it still doesn't appear, check another location or wait another round.
    • Mimic Locations:
  14. Once you collect a Mimic, you have 3 minutes to deposit the trap at the Memory Transference Station. If it's the right Mimic, either Brahms, Sokolov, or Zhabin will start speaking.
  15. Once you've heard from Brahms, Sokolov and Zhabin, the Memory Transference Station will eject a floppy disk for you to pick up.
  16. Stabilize the Breach

  17. Go to the 'Planning Office' and insert the floppy disk into this computer. This opens the door to the OPC. Enter it to spawn a dimensional breach.
  18. When the PA system says "Attention: membrane instability detected. Stabilization required", talk to Dr. Peck.
  19. After Dr. Peck finishes talking, Ravenov will give you a code. Interact with the Locker Left of Peck's Room to open it and pick up the Aethermeter.
  20. Go to 'Scorched Defence' and pick up the Shovel from the Bunker on the Left.
  21. You must now dig up three Aether Crystals located in the locations below. Each crystal has a small "minigame" associated with it.
    LocationSteps
    Open Lot
    1. Dig up the Container near the window to Engineering. Interact with the container to start the minigame.
    2. When you interact with the container, it will disappear and several containers will spawn around the area.
    3. You must find and interact with the Container with no black particles.
    4. All the other containers in the area contain Black Particles.
    5. If you interact with an incorrect container, kill the Mimics that spawn and end the round to respawn the containers to try again.
    Jungle Defence
    1. Dig up the container in the Middle Lane where zombies spawn during the defence.
    2. A dome will spawn that you must survive inside until it disappears. Once the dome is gone, you will be able to pick up the container.
    Barracks
    1. Obtain the RAI K-84.
    2. Dig up the container near the Door of the Field Hospital closest to the stairs going to the 'Data Center.'
    3. The container will then teleport to a random location in and around the 'Barracks' and 'Field Hospital.'
    4. Once you locate the container, avoid approaching it and instead shoot it with the RAI K-84's Alt Fire Mode to stop it from moving. While the container is affected by the RAI K-84, pick it up.
    5. If you fail to pick up the container quickly enough or get too close, it will teleport to a new location, where you can repeat the above.
  22. Once you collect all three containers, interact with each of the three Aether Reactors around the base. Locations:
  23. In the 'Planning Office,' interact with this computer. Move the marker to the yellow dot that shows a question mark instead of either the US or USSR flag. Press interact to confirm alignment.
  24. Warning: Point of No Return. Once you interact with the Terminal, you will be put into the Boss Fight

  25. Return to the OPC and interact with the Terminal to begin a cutscene.
  26. Orda Boss Fight

  27. You will be teleported to spawn where you must fight Orda.
  28. Shoot Orda until its health hits 0. Its mouth is a critical hit zone when it glows orange.
  29. Stay away from Orda. Its arm slam can one-hit down you.
  30. You still have access to Pack-a-Punch, Wunderfizz, Workbench, and the Armoury station, making this fight straightforward.

'Lost' Song

  1. There are three tapes required to start the song. Tape Locations:
  2. Once all three tapes are collected, the song will start.

Bunny Rabbit / Free Loot

  1. Activate Pack-a-Punch.
  2. Find the Plush Bunny Outside the Map upstairs in the 'Atrium' above the wunderfizz.
  3. Look at the rabbit till it looks back at you, and you are teleported to the Dark Aether.
  4. Once you spawn in the Dark Aether, go towards the bright light to find the bunny floating. Shoot it to make it move to a new location.
  5. Once you've shot it three times, a loot chest will spawn near its final location.

Free Perk

  1. Complete steps 1-8 of the Main Quest. Pick up an Essence Trap.
  2. Locate a severed head in one of the following locations:
    1. Scorched Defense - Beneath the bunker staircase
    2. Scorched Defense - Near a tank
    3. Rocky Defense - On top of the sandbags
    4. Rocky Defense - Left of the staircase to the Weapon Lab
    5. Jungle Defense - Near the barrels
    6. Jungle Defense - Between the left and middle path
  3. Place the head on the Charging Plate in the 'Field Hospital.'
  4. Capture a Zombie in an essence trap (from Main Quest Step 7) and interact with the Charging Plate to place it beside the head.
  5. The Head will start speaking to you. When it's finished, it will fly toward you and explode.
  6. Go to the 'Colonel's Office' and interact with the Safe on the floor to open it, revealing a perk.

Upgraded Monkey Bombs

  1. Get 50 kills using Monkey Bombs near any of the three Aether Reactors to upgrade the Monkey Bombs:
  2. Once upgraded, the Monkey Bomb glows red, plays a different song, and Zombies will dance while being attracted to it.

Free Jump Pads

  1. Activate Pack-a-Punch.
  2. Use every Jump Pad at least once. There are a total of six Jump Pads:
  3. Once all Jump Pads have been used, find the one with a green light on its left side and shoot it to activate a sequence of arrows on its screen.
  4. You must move in the directions shown. The sequence is the same every game for each pad. The sequences are shown below:
  5. Once all six Jump Pads are activated, they're free to use for the rest of the game.
